MyGov.be is a useful and secure app created by the Belgian government. It is an official app that gives you instant access to your personal data, administrative documents, certificates, and applications.
With MyGov.be, we provide you with a truly scalable digital wallet designed to be an accessible, simple, secure, and privacy-respecting administrative tool. In this app, you can find:

individual administrative documents;

the My eBox email service;

an online administrative portal issuing official certificates and documents, such as birth and marriage certificates, COVID vaccination certificates, and the ISI+ card
You’re just one click away from a wide range of public services, official documents, and even your My eBox account—all available in a mobile-friendly format. The app also functions as a digital wallet that you can use to store all kinds of documents.
By using the app’s digital service desk, you can now contact government agencies directly and request certificates through the app.
To access MyGov.be, simply download it from the usual platforms (Google Play Store / Apple Store) and activate it using itsme® or your electronic ID card (eID). The app is, of course, not mandatory, and you can choose whether or not to use it.
An app that's constantly improving
Just like My eBox, the digital wallet is constantly evolving in response to the developments and features requested by its users and partners. MyGov.be is therefore an app that will be continuously updated. This first version is thus a first step toward a single app that facilitates interaction between the government and all Belgian citizens.
