What is the MyGov.be app?
The MyGov.be app is a convenient and secure app from the Belgian government. With this app, you can access your personal data and documents anytime, anywhere. The MyGov.be app now also serves as a digital key that you can use to log in to government online services.

Have you already activated the MyGov.be app? If so, you don't need to do anything else—you can use this new digital key to log in right away.

Haven't activated the MyGov.be app yet? Then you'll need to do that first before you can log in: Install and activate - MyGov.be.
How do I use MyGov.be to log in?

Once you click “Log In,” you’ll be taken to the usual page for your digital keys. A new key is now available; select “Log In via MyGov.be.”

Next, a QR code will appear. Simply open your MyGov.be app and tap the “Scan” button.

The camera on your smartphone or tablet will open. Scan the QR code that appears on the screen.

Once you've scanned the QR code, you'll need to confirm to continue. Then, simply verify your identity using the 6-digit code from your MyGov.be app, facial recognition, or fingerprint—and that's it! You're logged in to My eBox!
