Thanks to push notifications, you’ll be notified immediately whenever a new message is available in your My eBox. No more manual checks: an alert appears directly on your smartphone, allowing you to access your official documents, certificates, or administrative correspondence with a single click.
How does it work?
Install MyGov.be on your smartphone if you haven't already.
3 simple steps:

Open the MyGov.be app on your smartphone and log in

Go to the “Profile” section of the app

Go to the “Notifications” menu

Turn on the “Receive notifications” option

Once this option is enabled, you will automatically receive a notification whenever a new document is added to your My eBox. Tapping this notification will take you directly to the relevant message in the app.
Enhanced protection against phishing
MyGov.be push notifications aren’t just convenient—they’re also the safest way to stay informed about new eBox messages.
Unlike emails, push notifications come exclusively from the official MyGov.be app, developed and managed by the Belgian government. This means they’re authentic and can’t be faked by scammers.
By receiving your alerts directly from the app, you can be sure that the message is from a public organization and not a phishing attempt. You can view your documents with confidence, without the risk of clicking on a fraudulent link.
